I am sad to say I am changing my review for this location. Initially I had 5 stars for this restaurant but my last visit was highly disappointing. The person behind the counter taking the order was rude and my party left as if we were bothering them as we ordered. The food did arrive quickly but to our disappointment we ended up with food poisoning. The flautas meat tasted like spilled milk and caused us to be sick the next day. Not a recommendation anymore.

$20 for a carne asada burrito and a California burrito and all you get is floppy mess without much inside. Greasy soggy fries and BURNT Asada, so bad it tastes just like coal.

I’ve been living in the HD for 5 years now and I finally gave this place a try….. The rice and beans were pretty good. I ordered two taquitos and one crispy beef taco… The meat texture was a bit off. It was mushy but didn’t taste nasty… However, my hard shell taco did not seem freshly fried. It seemed like it was sitting for a while.. The taco shell was not hot and the rice seemed cold. I tried looking for their grade from the health department but was unable to find it….. Would I go back … most likely not…..

I don’t know what happened to this place, used to be my favorite hole in the wall place to go, then they moved, found them again, same people working there, except different cook, I was very disappointed with food. But still went back again, and this time the guy that’s always up front was cooking the food and a lady was taking the orders, I didn’t like the foood at all. But I’m going to try just one more time and hope that the regular cook is there, if not I’ll just go elsewhere.

I have been going here a couple times a week lately. IMO they have the best Asada tacos around. The one negative is that either the AC is broken or they choose not to run it due to cost and it can get very warm in there.
Update: Place has been closed all week. No sign on the door saying they went out of business Hope that’s not the case.

The only reason I believe you deserve 3 stars is because of your green wall. It’s way to vibrant and it makes me sick. When i left i thought of guacamole. Other than that I enjoyed the experience and I am a little confused about the wall. We the People doesn’t know what to say. Thank you for the experience.
