This was an okay experience! Food was average… chicken was a little dry which is why only 4 stars! The service was good or I would’ve put only 3 stars. The hot sauces are really good. If there is a next time I will try something different as the tosttadas were just okay.

Visited El Rancho Grande Mexican Restaurant about two weeks ago and it was a decent experience. The place was packed but nevertheless we were seated quickly. Once inside, our server Ally was super kind, offered some great suggestions, and was incredibly accommodating. My boyfriend is vegetarian, so usually when we go out to eat it’s difficult for him to find some options. Ally suggested a few items and was very thoughtful for asking if any of us in the group were vegan. That little bit of mindfulness went a long way. As far as the food goes, the enchiladas were decent, the margaritas were tasty, the veggie fajitas were yummy, but overall the food was just a bit above your standard Mexican joint. Don’t get me wrong the food was great and it is definitely worth a visit, but I wasn’t blown away. I would rate the food 4 stars and the service 5. All in all a wonderful experience and a must if you’re looking for good Mexican food without having to drive to Homestead.

I have come to this restaurant several times. I like it because in addition to the tables inside it has several tables to eat outside as well.

We walked in around 8:30PM on a Friday night. They sat is immediately qt a table for two. Restaurant was full and lively. There were servers everywhere and they were working as a team. Fajita de Carne was fantastic. The Flautas were also enjoyed. Best was the Flaca Margarita .

This is an offense to Mexican gastronomy. The food is simply not Mexican, it is a failed attempt. Prices do not hold up to the quality and taste of food. You are better off heading to grab dinner or lunch at Talavera in Coral Gables (prices are quite comparable, and you will actually get an authentic and exquisite Mexican cuisine) It is unacceptable to have establishments like this one serve poor quality and lack of flavor profile dishes in a food hub city like Miami.

Really nice place with ample indoor and outdoor seating and authentic food. The pork pibil, rice and beans, and the corn tortillas stood out. I really liked the homemade mole but the chicken was a bit dry. The chipotle and habanero sauces were spicy and flavorful. Great service with lots of help and quick service. Helped pour the giant half yard beer they serve. Going back to try everything else.

Great food and the service was impressive. The Margaritas and white sangrias where delicious and they have many flavors to pick from. The spice beef tomato based soup was amazing, heavy kick! Good for a group or family.

Tacos were tasteless. Fajita meat was too cooked to the point of charred. And at the time we went there were only 3 other people there! I can not imagine when it’s busy

This has been my favorite Mexican restaurant for years. The best margaritas, the best guacamole, and the queso fundido is to die for. I love the quesadillas and chips and salsa and beans is amazing. The waiter Jose is always so nice and gives the best service to me and my family every time we go. This is overall the best Mexican in Miami overall!
