We were greeted and immediately provided a table. Ari is the best. She accommodated every request and made our experience a memorable one. We shared queso fundido, flautas, and fajitas. All were delicious. The best part of the night were the margs. Each of us had a different one. They were absolutely amazing! I also had one of the best teas ever! Definitely coming back and asking for Ari!

I’m a long time South Florida resident and have patronized quite a number of restaurants over the years but I have never had an experience like tonight’s at Rancho Grande Mexican Food in Kendall.
We were four at the table and from the moment we sat the service was unusually exceptional. Not in any other restaurant I have visited can the service compare.
The head server, Ms Ari Dabney came by after we ordered to make sure we had everything we needed. We were so well attended by Marisol and Greta and another lady I regret not getting her name that was wearing a pink headress and brought us the corn chips. All of them attended the four of us with a smile and the characteristic charm of the Caribbean islands.
Then came the food, after the drinks. You have to try their micheladas with a tamarind dip stick. WoW! All the plates were expertly cooked, first rate slices of beef served sizzling in a hot skillet, hot and mild sauces on the side. The dessert was also unusually delicious, not overly sweet. Ask for the Tres Leches and it will leave wondering why every other restaurant doesn’t make it this way.
If you are in South Miami you must try this place. I’m glad I did and only regret I have to drive 60 miles to get there again.

El Rancho Grande is a nice neighborhood Mexican restaurant. It’s casual and inviting, and our food was quite good, especially the guacamole. I had the beef fajitas, which were very good and not overcooked.
One issue however, my wife doesn’t eat beef or pork and ordered the Chicken Chimichanga, she was served one containing beef. Fortunately she discovered the error before eating a bite. It was quickly replaced but it was careless of the kitchen to send it out.
The staff was friendly but communication can be difficult if you don’t speak Spanish. All in all, we would recommend this restaurant to friends and will go back.

We keep coming back to this place for the best Mexican food in Kendall!! The food is delicious, they have good vibe Fridays if you can handle the heat during the summer, sit outside. Inside it gets a bit loud. The staff is very good and attentive.

This Mexican restaurant is incredible! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned — you can really taste the authentic recipes in every bite. The tacos were my favorite — soft tortillas, juicy meat, and the best salsa I’ve ever had. The staff was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The place was clean, colorful, and had great music that made the whole meal even more fun. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. If you’re looking for delicious Mexican food and great service, this is the spot! Food was amazing I couldn’t ask for better service I was already a little full but they made the best food definitely gonna come here again. El Rancho Grande is hands-down one of the best Mexican restaurants in Miami Beach! Whenever I’m in town, this is my go-to spot for an authentic Mexican fix. It’s just a quick 10-minute drive from Bal Harbour, the staff is always friendly, and the service is consistently excellent. The margaritas are strong — just how they should be — and the food is authentically delicious!
