Always a good vibe at this restaurant and it’s unlimited nachos and salsa. The servers are very fast and the food is always fresh.

We Always have an enjoyable time at El Rancho Grande in Harrison. The Entire staff makes us feel welcome and appreciated. The food has been exceptional Every time we dine there. It’s our only choice when wanting a pleasant and enjoyable time dining. They’re the most welcoming restaurant in the entire city of Cincinnati. We encourage everyone to check them out if they want an enjoyable time dining.

Pros: Super clean throughout entire restaurant (including restroom), staff was welcoming and friendly, our waiter (Marco) was great and happily helped with meal suggestions. Very well done restaurant with some neat details!

Cons: A bit pricey…two adults and one child was $89.48, but we did order the sea food (Del Mar Trio) 2 @ $28/ea. They didn’t have hardly any cheese like shown on the menu pic. We asked for more cheese and was charged $6 for a small cup. We were also charged for kids drink that I believe should’ve came with the kids meal and soft drinks were $3.99/ea.

Overall great experience and I’d recommend this restaurant. We will more than likely return next time we’re in town.

Outstanding salsa! Some of the best tasting we have ever had. Very attentive wait staff. The food was very good, served piping hot. A good value!

My friend and I walked into El Rancho Grande about 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday evening after a long road trip. The host was pleasant and seated us right away (of course, there was only one other part in the entire restaurant!).

The service was prompt, the food came out quickly and it was delicious! I had Juanito’s carnitas and my friend had two enchiladas (chicken and shredded beef).

Despite the late hour, we didn’t feel rushed and left about 30 minutes after closing. I wish we were staying in town longer. I would definitely return to this clean and pleasant eatery.

This was our second time here, and we brought an out-of-towner. Even when busy, the parking lot is quite spacious and had a few options available. El Rancho Grande has lots of options for those without dietary restrictions, but very few for the health-conscious, which is a little disappointing. They have 5 vegetarian options (some of which can be made vegan). Corn tortillas are available as replacements for flour.

The food was excellent, but the service was subpar. We weren’t greeted by the hostess (I greeted her). She glanced at us, asked, “Three?” and grabbed menus. The waitress wasn’t very friendly, either. It’s a shame because the food is good and the atmosphere is great!

Overall, the experience could have been better with more professional workers and a little more menu creativity, but it’s not a bad place to go for dinner. Recommended, but with caveats.

El Rancho on Harrison Ave has a large menu of quality food (served piping hot) with great service. The building was built as a Mexican restaurant and is nicely decorated in South-of-the-border style. The drinks are great too. And never a wait for a table. A model of consistency!

The Loco Taco is not what it used to be. It was really thin, I didn’t even taste the queso sauce could barely see it as well. But the Pina Colada was bomb I mean BOOM!!! THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A 4 STAR!!!
