Unfortunately will not be visiting this place again. Food was mediocre. wings were over cooked. steak was bland. Specialty drinks were premixed and watered down. atmosphere left a lot to be desired. Worst part was the check. tip was included which was fine but they said 18% when it was closer to 35% plus. 3 people woke up the next day with upset stomachs.

It the only restaurant coming from Kaaterskill falls hiking. We were seated quick as we entered the restaurant. We ordered large Chips and salsa for $5. Usually they offered free in other Mexican restaurants. The chip portions was small too for the price.

Average entrée was $15. Over priced for the portion sizes.
The food flavor is average savory. Nothing exceptional that would stand out.

The menu prices online are old. Spent 55 dollars on food. It really was horrible. Dry, no flavor, honestly the meat tasted like it came from a can. I didnt eat the food. 2 meals 2 people and we both hated it. The chips were good. That was my dinner. I hate wasting food. Honestly I hate wasting money. Id rather have had a Mcdonalds burger. I dont even eat fast food. I dont like wasting my calories on bad food.

My husband and I went for a little date night. We sat at the bar – enjoyed drinks and appetizers. The sangrita was delicious. The guacamole was very fresh and delicious. Shrimp cooked perfectly. Wings had a wonderful crisp. My husband would have liked them a little spicier but still enjoyed them very much. He said the sauce was delicious and tangy. The woman who served us was so nice! We will go back.

After a challenging hike, we stopped at El Rancho to pick up a late lunch. We ordered the chimichanga combo, a steak burrito, and a shredded meat enchilada; we were all pleased with our food. Portions are plentiful, dishes were complemented with nice fixings – rice, refried beans, guacamole and sour cream.

Extremely terrible and rude and racist waitstaff . They literally grabbed cutlery out of our table while we were waiting for our takeout in a half empty restaurant – for context we had 2 kids , a baby and a heavily pregnant woman with us . Never experienced something like this before. Terrible experience. I hope they understand it takes very little to be kind . What a waste of time. Was it our brown skin that made you behave like that ?

Great service. They make you feel like family. Large space for large parties. Outdoor porch for sunset dining. Guacamole is wonderful and they make their own tortillas! The churros are a must. Sooooo yummy! I recalled enjoyed our meal and experience here. Oh, and margaritas are great! Salt on the rim fa sho!
