First time here and I order Burrito El K-bron .. it’s one of the best burritos I have had with the cheese and salsa verde. The presentation of the burrito was great, I didn’t think to take the photo prior to eating half of it so my apologies. But I would definitely recommend this place for authentic Mexican food lovers

I visited the restaurant this evening and was there about 45 minutes ago. My friend and I, who had never visited but liked Mexican, knew the restaurant had been in that location for quite some time, so I suggested we stop in. I eaten here several times , ordered the same thing each time and like it.
Therefore. I ordered what I thought was the entree that I normally order, the menu had updated,I guess.. As soon as.it came out I immediately asked it was. I told the waitress that wasn’t what
I thought I was ordering. I asked for the menu, saw what I actually wanted. I reordered, still willing to spend money. I asked if the entree that I didn’t want be taken back, since I was reordering, wasn’t eating.it and didn’t want it. I was told, I’d still be charged and had to pay for it.What??. I didn’t even eat it! My new order was brought to the table. I then realize that it wasn’t at all the same staff,very young, with whom I was familiar. The food, and how. t was plated was an I true
indicatuon. Although my reorder was somewhat better, it didn’t measure up to the standard which I had come to enjoy. AGAIN, it’s s important to note that order the same thing…the Fajita Nacho Supreme…EVERY time I visit this restaurant.
Tonight was just simply not good, not mentioned, even though I didnt eat it, the first order if the Nacho Supreme. Check came and we DID paid. However, I asked for a manager, was told their really wasn’t one there. The a very young man appears. I told him about what happened with the order and that it wasn’t at all what I ordered. I asked if concession could made and I not be charged for both. His response, repeatedly was that I asked for that item, AGAIN realizing it wasn’t what I thought it wa. I immediately said I didn’t want it as soon as it came out!
No concession whatsoever,. Furthermore. I realized that the food quality has gone down, and the staff didn’t understand the value of customer service and taking care of customers, by offering SOME or ANY concession. Customers who was in no was being unreasonable and willing pay for what THEY ATE even though neither of us thought it was good. I paid $40 and brought home two entrees, one I didnt eat and the other I didn’t finish, that I’ll throw away My friend ate his Taco Salad, which he didn’t like, but didnt complain about and PAID FOR. This restaurant is in my neighborhood. However, we want be coming back The food quality has gone down and the younger wait staff, without more experienced, seasoned management cant be trusted with my business!

I visited this restaurant for the first time two weeks ago. I was passing by time so I sat at the bar. The bartender was polite and those drinks are not for the weak. I had a Jose Cuervo Margarita and I was lifted lol. Will stop by for drinks again with my wife this time. The salsa was good too because it wasn’t full of cilantro.

So, I stopped in today for lunch, and I almost didn’t after seeing the negative reviews but it was close, and I figured I’d give it a try, sometimes reviews aren’t accurate. It started off promising. Server brought the chips and salsa and my drink, was pleasant, things were looking good so far. It all went down hill when the food arrived. I ordered the Arroz con Pollo. I thought, there’s no way to mess that up. I was wrong. The chicken was completely unseasoned, like it was just white chicken, overcooked to the point of being chewy and dry. The queso had no peppers in it at all, nothing to add some flavor to this bland atrocity. The rice was okay, but nothing special. Literally, the best part of the meal was the chips and salsa, the only portion of the meal that had any real flavor to it. I should have listened to the other reviews, but I didn’t. I hate giving bad reviews, but I can’t give it any higher. The owner/management needs to make some changes for sure. My suggestion…SEASONING!!

The food was good and tbe drinks where strong I didn’t like the fact they had man made signs on the door like they was in the hood gas station.. and the bathroom smell like mold and the bathroom are way to little or im way to big and bad enough they automatically tac on a 18% tip to the check they lady didn’t want to give me all my change im a sever so I was gone tip anyway 15 dollars it was to much for me.. so I will go back to my favorite Mexican restaurant where they dont do all this. I want be returning and they allow people at the bar to do all that cussing.. very distasteful

So I truly do not like giving bad reviews. But this is another bad review I have to give. So they do not have a high rating on their reviews I believe it was a 3.5. But the pictures of the food actually look very good. So we ordered a steak, chicken, shrimp fajita. We also ordered a pitcher of the house Margarita. So let’s start with the drinks. I ordered a pitcher of Margarita. She ( the waitress) comes with a little small pitcher. When we ordered I specified told the young lady that we wanted a pitcher of Margarita. I also said that I wanted a shot of tequila. So in the small pitcher of the margarita she (the waitress) says I put your shot. ??? Ok, so that happen, then the food comes out. The fajita it has it’s sizzle. So we make up our fajita. Take a bite, the shrimp is way overcooked and the steak is too tough to eat. The pictures of the food looks good, but literally it does not taste good at all. There was no seasoning in the fajita meats at all. The steak was dry and tough. The shrimp was overcooked tough the chicken oh well… no real words to say. Now be it, when we initially walked in there was an elder couple and the man was fussing at the waitress. Saying that he would stop payment. Now usually in these type of situations I’m nosy so I would ask what happened especially when I’m about to eat food at a restaurant. But in this case I did not. So we try to eat the food we could not, so ask for the check. I received the check to see that they placed gratuity already on the check oh. So with only two people in my party being me and my guess. They decided that they are going to charge me for their waitress who did not provide quality service she instantly gets a tip. With bad service. She’s says they do that at all the restaurants yeah that’s not true. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. They are not friendly. The waitress was not helpful. I asked her what do people normally eat from this restaurant. She says did you read the menu “huh??” Not friendly at all and I, who always tip don’t like going to restaurants where they feel that they can dictate to you what you’re going to pay their waiters or waitresses. I do not patronize places of this statue ever. That’s why I love traveling abroad because restaurants in other countries pay their waiters and waitresses fair wages. P.S. the restaurant is very dusty and I don’t believe it’s so clean. Look at my pictures I digress.

People were cussing about to fight, no silverware and the food ordered didn’t come in time and some didn’t come at all, no one was at the bar it was A LOT, but not going to harp on it. I just think with more staff it could have been better. The limited staff there was not interactive because they had a good bit going on and some other issues.
