Third time we have eaten here, i like they give the salsa and chips they are so good i always get the guacamole best I have ever eaten I get the salmon I really like it always perfect, hubby likes trying different things.. service from hostess to wait staff never disappoints. Today Giisel was hostess she is very pleasant and Albert was our waiter his service was perfect and he made us feel like we were welcome. It was clean and everyone was smiling. I like this restaurant I would recommend. Sorry I forgot photos remembered after we started lol

Hands down the best priced food and the best quality. El Ranchero is an absolute gem! The people there are great. The Tacos De Carne Asada is my personal favorite but they have a wide range of traditional Mexican food. Knowledgeable servers, and a great atmosphere with good seating arrangements.

The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and quick. The food is fresh hot and very tasty. It is a little mild so definitely request some homemade hot sauce to add a zing. Definitely a favorite spot. Well worth the price.

For the record, I never want to be this guy. This was THE ABSOLUTE WORST fajitas that I have ever been served. Scraps of meat meant to be a leftover treat for the family dog. I immediately stopped eating. When I spoke to the server about it, all she could think to do is to look at me with confusion, then judgement. I asked for the manager to visit our table. It took him almost 10 minutes to come. To my surprise when I looked towards the bar, the manager, our server and another server were looking at our table and having a conversation ( looked like they were talking sh!t tbh ). When he arrived I informed him of my disappointment and even mentioned that this was my first visit to this restaurant. Hagerstown is layered with Latin / Hispanic restaurants. Today happens to be Taco Tuesday. The manager reduced my dissatisfaction to me not wanting to pay for the meal. I made sure he understood that paying the bill was not the issue. He never showed remorse or even offered anything other than a feeble excuse for the kitchen, all while explaining the textures of beef and chicken. He did take the weak fajitas off of the check. I had to go to him at the bar and ask for his name. The highlight of my meal was the chips and salsa and the Mezcal Margarita ( pictured ). Thanks Jose for adjusting the check, but we won’t be back.

The food here was very delicious! The chipotle sauce they use in their chipotle burrito is yummy ! I highly recommended that sauce. I also tried the Jalisco burrito, and liked the combination of meats paired with their creamy sauce. When I made a special request to have the meat grilled crispy in my burrito, they happily prepared it the way I requested, and it was fantastic! The prices are reasonable, and I highly recommend this place.

I decided to go out to dinner with my father. We weren’t greeted when we arrived, the host just grabbed two menus and sat us down without saying a word. One guy brought chips and salsa but didn’t say anything either. Our waiter didn’t really speak or understand English. I asked if they had fruit punch, but he didn’t understand, so he just shook his head. A few minutes later, he came back and said they didn’t have fruit punch.We placed our food orders, and not once did he come back to check on us while we were eating. My drink was empty the whole time, no refill or anything. It was a terrible experience. The food was okay, but my dish had way too much sauce on it.

We were in the mood for Mexican food, so we got recommended this place while passing through. When walking in you were greeted and seated quickly by restaurant staff who are kind and funny. After sitting down you are quickly met with tortilla chips which I had high expectations for, but unfortunately that were pretty dry and flavorless. Regardless the food itself was relatively good, and the service didn’t disappoint either. Definitely recommend.
