I got a chicken quesadilla, rice, & beans. I went 3mins before they closed & the woman was very kind & got my order ready quickly. Very friendly environment, the portions & prices are great, the green sauce is really good, I definitely recommend.

The Mexican steak tacos are my favorite.
Realistically, though everything that I order off of this truck is fresh and delicious.
If you want authentic Mexican food they have it. If you want a hamburger and fries they have it. I ordered the nachos today and will order them again.
The sauces are my favorite and if they ever bottle the sauce I will buy it!

They’re back baby! Absolute best Mexican food in the Twin Cities hands down. There is not a thing I’ve tried on their menu that I haven’t loved. They deserve a brick and mortor more than any truck around. Try them, try them, try them!

El Rancherito came to our neighborhood block party and it was great. Everyone loved their food. I tried both the quesadillas and the tacos and they were awesome. This truck is run by a really nice family with friendly, fast service. I would highly recommend! Thank you, El Rancherito!
