This place just opened about a year ago, and l’ve driven past it quite a few times but today I just decided to give it a try, and it’s safe to say I’ll be coming back all the time, and you should too… here’s why: first off its a small business, and I’m all about supporting. They have AMAZING prices, and everything is very affordable. The people there are so friendly, I was very surprised with the kindness everywhere. The food itself is made to order, nothing sitting out for hours, they make it on the spot, and it will take a bit longer but it’s not fast food, it’s great quality. The pupusas are so well packed, amazing flavors and more, there’s so much good to say. Give it a try, some authentic Salvadoran food!

Food was great, definitely recommend tamales all the way, by far my favorite dish, pupusas we’re not too bad but salsa and curtido were a 10/10, portions on everything and price was amazing, less than $20.00 for 4 pupusas and a tamal, pretty good, hope to go back soon!

Ordered pork tamales, rice and refried beans 2 days prior for New Year’s Eve. Masa wasn’t cooked long enough and there was 1 small chunk of pork in the middle. It was 95% soggy masa and 5% pork. Rice and beans were okay. So sad if this is how they make tamales. First time customer and sorry to say I won’t be back.

The pupusas were okay. I also ordered plátanos fritos and they were burned. I won’t be going back
Regarding the response received from the restaurant: An apology for the burnt plantains would have been appropriate, but instead you’re discrediting my experience. Telling me that the BURNT taste “isn’t that they were burnt” is laughable. First rule of customer service “The client is always right”.

We were so excited to get Tamales for New Years! We ordered 6 pork, rice an beans.. the tamales were horrible! Almost all masa that wasn’t cooked and one bite of pork in the middle! Never again!

We went on a Sunday around 2 PM and it seemed like the waiter was half asleep. They had big long faces like they had been in an argument with his sister or the other employee. There was one other person male in the kitchen never said anything when he came out, not welcoming at all. The pupusas and horchata were good but that’s it and yeah ..,we won’t be back.

I rarely leave reviews, but this was bad enough to leave one.
Took almost an hour to get an order of 5 pupusas TO-GO because there was no sitting. By the time we got the order the place was almost empty, couldnt even eat there because they charge extra $5 to dine in AFTER making us wait an hour.
whole lunch hour just waiting
No AC on when outside is 90°, sweting the whole time. Food is good, but not sure if is good enough to balance everything else. Go if you have an hour to waste

The pupusas are delicious! They have a good amount of vegetarian options, and a vegan pupusa.

We got the pupusa revuelta, con loroco, and con chorizo y queso. All were fire. The salsita and curtido was amazing, I like to pile mine on. Definitely coming back here. So excited to have a pupuseria nearby.
