I love their food as is abundant and savory. It’s just that their way to present the bill looks shady and if you don’t pay attention you will ending tipping twice.

I’ll start by saying that we arrived and waited like 30 minutes just for our drinks as the waitresses were too busy charming the men. We ordered drinks with alcohol which had almost none of it, we waited for the food like 30 more minutes, which was some dishes good, but the chicharrones: “you should have given us all the fat from the chicharrones”. In the end we had an additional charge, apart from tax which I asked about: ANSWER ONE: “It’s the taxes”. I replied: the taxes are up there. ANSWER TWO: It’s the guy, but down below it said TIPS WAS NOT INCLUDED, WHICH IT WAS. REALLY DISAPPOINTING. They clearly deceive the customer, not to mention that the volume of the music is too loud, too boisterous. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE

El Pulgarcito is hands down one of the best spots around! Every time I go, the food is consistently delicious, super flavorful, fresh, and just like home-cooked Salvadoran meals. Whether you’re grabbing pupusas, tamales, or one of their platos típicos, you really can’t go wrong. You can tell they put a lot of care into every dish.
What really makes this place stand out, though, is the people. The managers are incredibly kind and welcoming, they always greet you with a smile and make you feel like family. The whole atmosphere is warm and inviting, and it’s clear they care about their customers. I always leave here full and happy. If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re seriously missing out!

Food is really good here, I do recommend your order pick up online is faster and cheaper.
One time we eat here it was not the best option since it has the vibe of “cantina” I will say that is not family friendly. Server charged her tips without asking. Also I will not give 5 stars every time you call the store, calls are never answered.

Food is really good but service really lacks. They are also very deceitful when it comes to gratuity. They purposely don’t bring you the itemized receipt so you can’t see auto gratuity has been charged. In my case they chose a 25% gratuity.

From the moment we came waitress had an attitude. We ordered our drinks…unfortunately one of the kids knocked down one of the drinks. My sister asked if we could get another drink on the house…waitress answered us with an attitude it’s your fault you knocked down the drink.
