I’m ashamed to say I didn’t know this restaurant existed until I was searching for local Mexican places last night. However, I’m ecstatic to have found a local place (a 2 minute drive from my house!) with a diverse menu. Since I was craving tacos dorados/flautas, that’s what I ordered and it was the perfect portion. It was ready quickly, and I was able to order pick up through DoorDash Storefront. El Pueblito is definitely my new go-to place for authentic Mexican American cuisine!

Ive been going here for the loaded nachos which are FABULOUSSSSSSS but last night I switched it up, I got birria tacos with rice and beans on the side. OOOOMMMMMGGGGGGG DEEEEEELISHHHHH the cheese pull on the taco was crazzzzzyyyyyy. A tad spicy but it was bangin. The crunch on the outside of the taco . Inconsistent & sloppy. Food is never made the same way twice, ingredients from other dishes ends up in multiple other platters suggesting they aren’t being very sanitary. Not very helpful, couldn’t or wouldn’t answer questions about their food. Food looks good but sadly doesn’t taste good. Sodas from the fridge bang tho.

The updated menu is AMAZING. I had the chicken quesadilla this time, which was FANTASTIC, but I also highly recommend their burritos. All of the meats are marinated to perfection and the chicken is never overcooked. If you’re ready for your food to make you cry tears of joy, go here. You won’t regret it.
