This place at first was great. But now multiple times has been a hassle trying to order food from them. The last straw was being on hold for 13mins hearing them laughing with each other while trying to order.. the owner needs to step in and train their employees better

First time customer. I got two beef tortas and one chicken milanesa torta. The bread was fresh, meat tender and so flavorful with just the right amount of heat. Even the fries were well seasoned and crispy. The cheese, crema and avocado added balance to all the flavors. Excellent service and experience overall. I would have taken photos but I was too busy eating! This will become my Mexican food mainstay from now on.

I loved their tacos but is very disappointed by the recent purchase. The beef tongue taco is $15 before taxes, therefore I expected more meat than what I got. Lime, spicy sauce and radish are not included with order which were included in the past

I only review places I really loved, or absolutely hated. This is a review where all I have is love for this place. It was my first time trying it while on my lunch break. I just got simple steak nachos and a single Birria taco, nothing fancy. Brought the food back to work, opened it up, and the presentation and portion blew me away. For one, the taco was absolutely amazing in taste and quality — I should have gotten more. The nachos were huge; The toppings were layered evenly throughout, so that EACH chip was given attention, and the cheese melted perfectly. I actually couldn’t finish it all, I’m not used to nachos being loaded so graciously. The chips are not greasy at all but they are THICK so they can be a bit harder than your normal tortilla-chip-in-a-bag. But enough said- this place is hands down a 10/10. Pricing is beyond fair for the quality of food you are getting.

They have the best tacos hands down. The meat is so juicy and tender. It’s such a small restaurant so don’t judge it by its cover – You won’t be disappointed. I ordered twice for take out and they gave me so many salsas without requesting it and gave me a side of guacamole and sour cream. The tacos come with a side of pepper, radish, limes and potato’s. They aren’t stingy with the meat either, they pack it! Love love this spot in downtown Dunellen. I recommend you try the carnitas tacos.
