Food was good. Can’t beat authentic Mexican food. For the service, not sure why I got the service I did. I haven’t experienced anything like this at the other food trucks that serve South American food. I waited in line to order, but while others received prompt service to order I was asked to wait to order once I got to the front of the line. Orders were being fulfilled and called out and food was hot of the grill so it made sense at the time. Took around ~5 minutes. After this I ordered then waited. After around ~10 minutes I noticed that others who ordered after me were having their orders fulfilled and called out even with similar orders and sizes. When I finally got my food, the shredded cheese on the asada nachos wasn’t even warm and the sliced asada was fridge cold. The other food trucks are friendlier people and provide better service in my opinion.

Can’t get a hold of the actual business. You guys need to update your phone number. The one you have listed is my new phone number and I get like 3 calls a day from people asking for tacos. Please fix your number you guys are losing out on business everything someone tries to call and I answer instead of your fine establishment. .

If I could get this place a 1000 star, I would probably one of the best Mexican food spots out here and there’s not many so this is definitely a hidden gem that we should spread around town so good
