Multiple plastic pieces found in my tacos. Not sure what it is but had to stop eating. The ground beefs smells super old and almost like it is rotting. The tea taste very dirty. I am unsure what is going on here but this is not good.

El Primo need to be shut down for serving food that was left over from other orders or the day before. That’s exactly what my food looked like a couple of days ago. I ordered 2 of the Texas Fajita for Two. This was a to-go order, and I tipped. When I got home, my food was so dried out and drenched in pepper and old meat grease we couldn’t eat it. I tried to call to make a complaint and request a refund or at least a credit for the whole order, but got no answer and it was too hot to go back out. I was feeding 4 kids and myself. I had to pick through the food and dig out a few pieces of shrimp because they weren’t as dry as the chicken, the steak and the peppers n onions. Never in my life have I experienced service like this from a Mexican restaurant. The chips and salsa, beans n rice was all we could eat. The meat was like leather. They should be ashamed of themselves. To make matters worse, I started getting back to back spam calls at least 15 minutes after leaving the restaurant. Look at the photos.

Not only was the food good, well priced and served quickly, the service was amazing! After paying, I misplaced my keys and was looking for them outside. The staff noticed and came to the parking lot to ask if I lost something. They helped me look in the parking lot, searched the restaurant and even checked the camera to determine when I may have lost them. Ultimately we realized they had fallen into my to-go bag. I was embarrassed but they were so understanding and kind. You really don’t get that level of service these days. I will be back anytime I’m in the area!

Food is fine but when I go to pay she rings up a whole different price then what’s on the menu and says it’s not updated yet, very unprofessional, I didn’t want to deal with it so just overpaid and left.

Man !!!!!!! This is by far the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever Ben to !! So , and I mean SO GOOD !!!! do your self a favor and come hungry..the will definitely fill you to the brim !! Had the Nani special…o my goodness!! Perfection !!!

The Chicken Mole was delicious! It reminded me of my mother’s mole and I instantly felt at home. We also had to the bean dip as an appetizer. I’m usually not a queso person, but this bean/queso dip was ADDICTING. LIKE SERIOUSLY DELICIOUS!!!
