I have been going to this establishment for years and I am disgusted!! I came after work on a Saturday Night with my boyfriend. Initially, the waiter never asked if we wanted appetizers or anything, just brought drinks and left. He came back about 15 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. The food then came and my boyfriend asked for hot sauce. My boyfriend had to get up and ask another waiter before the waiter ever tried to get it. We both started eating. As I was eating, I thought it was a burnt piece of meat in my enchilada, so I pulled it out and it was a FLY. I kindly asked for a manager and there was no manager present. All the waiter said was thank you for bringing it to my attention and took the plate. No one apologized to me or offered my food to be taken off my bill. My boyfriend had to ask if they were not going to charge us for my plate. Overall, I was very disappointed and livid!! They have officially lost a loyal customer.

My favorite Mexican restaurant. They fix me special order items not even on menu like the delicious taco burger pictured not on menu..in person and through Uber Eats delivery. Their shredded chicken tacos are also so delicious. Newly renovated and super clean and very friendly staff. Managed by a husband wife team. Robots that look like cats will come to your table..unbelievably cute. Love this place!

If you’re looking for a delicious Mexican meal, El Porton is the place to go. The food is even better than expected, and the service is great. The staff is friendly and fast, and my burrito was tasty. There are tons of options to choose from, so you’re sure to find something you’ll love.

I give them five stars because it’s a very nice place but I didn’t look at my ticket close enough and a tip was already added in with the meal but the server didn’t tell me so when I checked out I added another tip. I can see some dishonesty there. I won’t go back there.

Our waiter was no friendly at all. No smile straight face like he didn’t won’t to be there. And we couldn’t hear him talk while he was taken our order or checking on us. Which that took a long time. I guess since they take the tip out already we as customer get bad service! Thats why people don’t tip!

My friend and I have consistently gone here for years and always tip. The food is mediocre for the price but this one star is really based on a server who unfortunately has been there for years and gives bad service to interracial customers. This was the second time someone else came to serve us in her section and gave herself an 18% tip for non outstanding service. The waitress I’m referring is a middle aged Hispanic woman. She gave us ugly looks while we were in her section. I’ve given up on this restaurant.

Food is so good . I usually eat the Poblana (beef) and the charro beans and their rice . But I tried their mole and is yummy. Their carne asada, shrimp tacos yummy! So many options. Always a good time to eat with family or friends or if you just want to have drinks. 10+ CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD!
