The food here is so good, so fresh. I liked the cut of beef they used. The beans were so flavorful. I wish I lived closer so I could try out the entire menu. & they have a drive thru so you don’t even have to get out of your car!!

The food was food excellent. I had the Rico bowl chicken through the drive thru, and it was an abundance amount of food. I was delighted to eat! The chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the rice was delicious. The meal had a fresh flavor. The staff were extremely polite. 10/10 highly recommend to check out this delicious taste. Went through the drive-thru and had a poor experience. The person on the speaker was extremely quiet and asked me to repeat myself multiple times. When I asked if they could speak up, they told me to just order at the window.
Once I got to the window, no one greeted me. I tried calling out verbally and even made eye contact with a worker, but I was completely ignored. There were only three people inside the lobby, so it wasn’t even busy enough to justify that level of service.
After waiting and being ignored, I gave up and took my business elsewhere. Very disappointing customer service.

The food is amazing just like the Pollo Rico downtown San Marcos. The service could use some work. I pulled up to the drive thru in the rain and sat there for 5min with my window down and noone responded to my calls. I had to pull up to the parking and go in, and ring a bell for service.
The food came quick after that and it was delicious, but a little upset noone answered the drive thru. That being said, the dining area isnt anything special and the inside isnt very big. I wouldn’t suggest planning to eat in. But again, the food itself is worth it and the pricing is amazing compared to anywhere else.
