Pollo Norteño has amazing food and top-tier service. The quality is always consistent, fresh, and flavorful. The staff goes above and beyond, especially Leticia. She is always sharp with orders, super hard-working, and makes every visit feel smooth and welcoming.
The only downside is the atmosphere outside because there tends to be a lot of homeless activity in the area, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault. Once you’re inside, the experience is great.
Overall, it’s an amazing place with excellent service and delicious food. Highly recommend!!

Great service! The place is a great area for family meals or hanging with friends. The chickens are always fresh and the space is an inviting place. Children get their kids meals which helps make food and ordering easier for children. The workers are always polite and friendly. Truely recommend!!!

The chicken here is delicious. It tastes really good with charro beans, rice, and their pico de gallo salsa. Their chicken burritos are also one of my favorites. I like how you can select your fillings of your choice. I get my chicken burrito with charro beans, salad, cheese, and sour cream. Super good 10/10.
