El Pollo Norteno has some of the best mexican food I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. Chicken is always juicy and flavorful. The burritos are exceptionally good, but my favorite menu item is definitely the torta de pollo. Staff is always kind and very helpful, and this location is always clean. Pro tip: get the chips and guac and the red salsa!

I went in for lunch and got two pieces with two sides.
I opted for the frijoles charros and rice, I was asked for I wanted homemade salsa, pickled onions, and pickled carrots. The beans and rice were not warm enough to be served. However, they were edible. Everything had good flavor and will definitely come back to give it another try. The girl at the front had a good attitude. The atmosphere was a chill one.

I ate here tonight and thought”what the hell happened to this place. They changed their sauce policy. You can’t have more than 3 per order. 1-4 chicken. 3 salsa. They. A sell you more at a dollar each. So I bought it. Then they served me dry burnt chicken. I didn’t think anything of it at first so I took a bite. It was as dry as it looked. I asked if they can replace the three chicken. The server said no because I already took a bite.
Disappointed to have experienced this tonight as this was favorite place. Not coming back.

If you’re craving for el Pollo loco… go to this place instead, chicken is so much flavorful and less expensive as well. Lunch deals are awesome. Very kind and polite staff as well.

Wanted to try their chicken for the past few months. I’m not sure why I waited this long. Got the whole chicken takeout with Maccaroni salad and Refried Beans. Absolutely delicious! Grilled chicken with mesquite. A touch of smokey BBQ flavor…moist and incredible flavor! WOW! Blows away El Pollo Loco. Maccaroni salad was close to mom’s from WI. Sides were huge! Will be back soon and often!

I had a chicken plate with rice and beans. And a taco de birria.
The chicken was moist and delicious. The charro beans were ready good as was the rice.
The taco de birria was quite flavorful.
The horchata tasted a little watered down but wasn’t bad at all.
The staff were really nice and helpful. Especially the person at the counter (7/3/22 at around 1:00 pm).
