What can I say…A hidden Gem. If you like mesquite flavor. You’ll definitely Love El Pollo Norteño. The taste is delicious, the atmosphere was great. We enjoyed our food so much that we had to buy more food to go. The cleanliness of the restaurant and restrooms was very clean. The service was (cashier and cook) great. They greated us coming in, and thank us on the way out. Thanks Pollo Norteño, we’ll definitely be back.

This place is amazing! Another hidden gem. Quality is top notch and you’ll get way better food than say a pollo loco. Stop going there and go here. The chicken flavor is out of this world. Even the beans and rice are so good. The service is great too. Friendly people. Will definitely be back. People are sleepin on this place!

Sergio took great care of us—he was extremely friendly and offered excellent customer service. We ordered the pastor bowl, the chicken plate, and a quesadilla, and everything was delicious. The portions were huge for the price, so we’ll definitely be taking leftovers home for lunch tomorrow. The salsas were bomb, and the whole environment felt welcoming and fun.

Peeps if you are looking for exquisite healthy lunch , look no further! 91 exit Main and follow the smoke of the grills of Pollo Norteño. Plenty of parking, spacious seating, they even have an area for your private luncheon 🙂 food is fresh and the chicken is seasoned to perfection and moist, just the right combination. Staff goes the extra mile to ensure your experience is the BEST! Everyone once in a while you will see the owners checking in on the clients. So if you are visiting Corona or passing by ….

This was such an unfortunate experience. My family and i decided to give this new spot a try considering all the reviews were really good but we were severely disappointed. This is the first time i’m ever leaving a review under a restaurant because the food was just that bad. The torta had little to no veggies in it and looked like the bottoms of the pan ingredients. The asada was complete fat, not even chewable. The burrito had pieces of uncooked chicken and the presentation was horrible. Made us all lose our appetites….

Really good chicken, clean place and good customer service. Good price too. The only thing is the portions aren’t too big so be mindful on the number of chicken pieces to order.

Possibly the best chicken I’ve ever had. They also gave me pickled onions and pickled carrots that were amazing. The potato salad was lacking and the charro beans were not the best but still good.

The food looks and tastes delicious. Imagine a dish where the colors pop and the arrangement on the plate draws the eye. Vibrant greens, rich reds, and deep yellows suggest freshness and flavor. The food itself is arranged in a way that is both artful and appetizing, with a balance of textures that promises to be satisfying to the bite.

For taste, imagine the first bite delivering a burst of flavors that are perfectly balanced. There’s a harmony of savory and sweet, with perhaps a hint of acidity to brighten the dish. The umami depth of perfectly cooked proteins complements the freshness of vegetables, and each ingredient’s natural flavors are enhanced by herbs and spices. The textures play a crucial role as well, with a satisfying contrast between crisp and tender, creamy and crunchy, making every bite both complex and delightful. The food leaves a lingering taste that invites you to take another bite, and with each mouthful, the combination of flavors and textures makes the experience deeply satisfying.

Street tacos are well stuffed, and they’re $2.99 each. You get your choice of carne asada, carnitas, al pastor, birria, or pollo. My husband had a three-piece combo with chicken and said that chicken had really good flavor, but it’s a little on the dry side. The sides were excellent.

I didn’t want to be a one time try and review so I try this not once but three times and all three times the chicken was flavorless the rice flavorless and beans flavorless this place needs to use seasonings…the chicken did have that charbroil taste but overall tastes like they don’t know what seasoning is. I’m sorry but won’t be coming again …if you want to have this kind of food stick to Juan pollo on 6th Street.
