I really like this place you can get a nice protein bowl beans rice and chicken and pico de gallo with your choice of salsa I usually order a side of tortillas for around 7 dollars I’m giving it 5 stars they give you a lot you can’t go wrong for this hearty meal also they have different style bowls to choose from Thanks Pollo Loco

I have food delivered all the time from El Pollo Loco and it never fails to disappoint. We love it! It’s always fresh, delicious and they give you a lot of food! It’s the BEST chicken place around. I usually order the Double Chicken Bowl but lately I’ve also been ordering the “Street Corn Chicken Bowl.” Awesome!

I wasn’t too sure what to expect when coming here but I had a coupon mailer and wanted to try it out. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly service by a young gentleman who had positive energy and looked like he enjoyed his job. When asked, “tortillas?” as a first timer, I said, “yes” and Al followed up with, “flour or corn?” I felt silly but he guided me with the options, including the sauces. After finishing our meal, he greeted us goodbye with his friendly smile.

Partner upset that soda machine sold out of the mango lime . I wish they and more eateries would have plain soda water so some of us can dirty up our drinks and make them less sweet. A heathier choice would be nice right?

Absolutely horrible I ordered a pollo bowl with just chicken due to my dietary restrictions I can’t have anything else. I usually get a size able portion from any other pollo loco compensating for the lack of everything else.. but nope! I paid five dollars for a laughable pathetic amount of chicken shame on the employees they act like it comes out of their pockets.

Excellent grilled chicken/good value/nice variety in the menu. Food was served hot (short wait), and the service was friendly and efficient. They’re a bit understaffed so tables may be a bit dirty (not uncommon for fast food restaurants around here). Horchata is available in the fountain drink area, but the flavor tastes weird. Glad there is a branch here as the nearest Boston Market is far too distant. Five stars for their chicken, but their burritos are inedible (no flavor or freshness in the rice and oversalted chicken) – go to Chipotle instead for burritos.
