My first time a any Pollo Loco ever. The moment I walked in Dominic greeted me and stopped cleaning a window, ran to the register to help me with place the order. I really liked the guacamole burrito I ordered. My only complain is that this Pollo Loco in Los Banos charges more for the chicken breast than the Pollo Loco in Clovis & Fresno. $4.59 Chicken breast in Clovis CA, compared to $6.29 In Los Banos location. I am not sure why that is but I really like El Pollo Loco because it tastes good and I really liked how friendly the staff here is.

Not only did they not have my order ready for pick up they tell me they never received it so I showed proof , they made my order only to forget one of my sides and a salad (order came with 2)and gave me the wrong salsas, so unorganized

They messed up my order. Im so very disappointed because this always happens they forget something or they just don’t add enough hot sauce when I specifically asked for more. Other than that the food is amazing.

I love pollo loco. Been to many of them but this one truly disappointed… Order a avocado chicken burrito with hardly any avocado. The chicken was too chewy and the burrito was super watery. Feels like they rinse the cabbage inside of burrito. Now the sauces at this place were horrible. Is like they were running out and just add water to the remains to fill up small containers. Truly disappointed with this place and will probably not go back.

I seldom use fast food, today I got a quick chicken avocado burrito and it is scrumptious. The staff were all friendly, professional, and all were hustling to get their customers served.
