Love the healthy non fried food. The double chicken avocado taco salad is killer.
Only problem is no cashiers, the kiosks order and pay is always problematic and holds up the line. Main reason is app specials and card readers not working.

No greeting at all or any signs of getting help. Been standing here patiently waiting. Associates just pass by and look at you. Nobody in line. Been here for about 10 mins standing. If you come here be prepared to wait and don’t get service by anyone. If associates are like this. This just represents pollo locos management team. Good job. Won’t be coming here again. 0 stars. Do better. Check your order. They’ll forget items.

Gift card/receipt fraud: The employees here are uneducated when it comes to gift cards. They said they don’t check balances in store and directed me to the # on back of card. So I asked for the receipt of my food transaction and they said, “we don’t give receipts out when you pay with gift cards.” When I asked why, she said she doesn’t know. They DO give receipts out when you pay with gift card, it’s a transaction… So that makes no sense. I do expect management to further train and educate their staff on proper customer service.

Always a pleasure the food is good and the service is great! They always go above and to get your order right! The drive-thru tends to appear long but go by quickly! I’ve also order thru the mobile app too if the dine-in is closed (during business hrs) and they come outside to your car! I can honestly say they’re 5 star! Great job!

The chicken is totally burnt now, it’s happening the 3rd time in a row. I do not recommend it and won’t be visiting anymore. The prices are up and the quality hits rock bottom.

The food was good but the service was lacking. We ordered two combo meals from the drive through and the chips were missing from both meals. My wife went inside to get the missing chips and she was only given one bag of chips.
When we got home and started to eat I saw the chips were all broken. Also my burrito was split down the length of the whole burrito making difficult to eat.
This is definitely a one off, usually we have a really good experience

I had late night munchies last night decided to go to El Pollo loco for some enchiladas because I have been craving them off of a commercial I kept seeing everyday. So I finally went. It was almost 10 (closing time);for the inside I was the last person to order my cheese enchiladas and when I got them they were cold so I had to go through the drive-thru because the inside was closed and I told them that my cheese enchiladas were cold they said they were going to remake them so they did I get back to my house and it’s the chicken enchiladas there’s no cheese sour green sauce looked and tasted old my avocados were mushie and nasty. Which is weird because normally I love El Pollo. I am very disappointed with my choice of food but I’m willing to give them another chance
