I usually order original pollo bowl but now i order the 3 piece meal because the original pollo bowl isnt a pollo bowl its more rice and beans bowl . Not much chicken on it like before picture below isnt even half way . And i dont even see anychicken it was more like a tablespoon of chicken

I specifically ask for no cilantro when I order my tacos, and 90% of the time guess what, it has cilantro on it and today they left off the onions & added the cilantro. They don’t pick up the phone when you try & call them to complain so beware.

Don’t go to this location i ordered some food through the drive thru & they didn’t put the sour cream on the side like I asked not to mention the fact that the girl who took my order cut me off without letting me finish. I understand you guys have a rush but good customer service is key even if you have to take your time.
