So i’ve got their promotion coupon and decided to used it today, when i show it to the employee, she just not happy, i can tell right away, i mean what’s wrong with using the coupon?? it’s not free i still hv to pay. i work at the restaurant business too, even tough customer bring the coupon i still treat them the same.

We do drive thru & delivery only. This particular location is priceless in my opinion. Claudia one of the managers is a gem!!! However I will not dismiss the staff as well.. This is a very well maintained and ran location. Claudia goes above and beyond to make sure orders are met! I appreciate her and the staff so much for this. When ordering via delivery service our options to add things on is limited. I always call and they know right away what I need (I LOVE & APPRECIATION THI SO MUCH) they’re the best!!! In the end Claudia and her team are amazing!! THANK YOU!!!!

There are better El Pollo Locos than this one. Maybe the food turnover is not so great but most of the time the chicken we have gotten has been very old and dry. We usually get the chicken meals. The salsas are not nearly as fresh as at other El Pollo Locos. I have started going out of town if I want their chicken.

Ordered two Taco salads, unfit for human consumption. Old stale lettuce bad tasting chicken. I ordered the same salad a couple of months ago and it was very good. I’m not going to play the hit and miss game with you guys again. Shame on El Pollo loco low quality. Also many times your chicken is very dry, leftovers from the day before.

The food is good and their staff efficient and friendly. Prices are reasonable and comparable to similar fast food places. They are serving chicken tamales over the holidays. I had a couple and they were good. Not many fast food places serve them so it meets my fast food need for tamales.

The food is delicious! Cant go wrong with the 5 dollar grilled menu which comes with chips & a drink! Lots of choices to choose from & they have fresh salsa available. Staff is friendly & the restaurant was clean. Craving chicken? Then this is the place to go!
