Just picked up an online order! I never had this experience before. To start no salsas or the creamy cilantro for my salads. To finish one of my loco salad the cilantro was bad I’m attaching picture for reference. Please have the preparation people be aware of this situations. Thank you

The window employees are always so nice, but idk whats going on with their cooks there. I dont know how sending out a burnt and dry chicken was acceptable to them. Juan Pollo never does me this dirty.

Terrible order accuracy
I ordered 10 green and 10 red salsas and only received 3 of each. These were basic, straightforward instructions—how is that so hard to get right? Feels like they’re hoarding salsa or just don’t care about getting orders correct. Very disappointed.

Hello, I went today around 1:40pm the worse service ever, the drive thru attendant needs to get fired poor management skills, I told him can I get extra salsas, we are only able to give out 2x of the avocado salsa & 2x of the pico de gallo because it comes out of my pay check…. gave wrong tortillas, didnt give me the guacamole that was mixed with old and new I paid needed to come back go inside…. the driest chicken ever I dont recommend this place you guys should have high standards its Eastvale, anyway guys I would rather drive down to Van Buren to the other pollo loco, dont waste your time at this restaurant also please do not respond with the automatic replays please email us at blah blah hopefully the owner sees it.

I stopped going to this El Pollo because the lines are VERY long and service is VERY slow. Been under the weather this week and wanted tortilla soup. I arrived about 4:10 PM and they did not disappoint the line was long and the service was slow. After paying about 4:45 PM the cashier picked up my food and turned to chat with a coworker about what time he’s off—while holding my food. After getting home I opened the soup to find 90% liquid and some other objects. Note to self stop patronizing bad service restaurants. The first photos are what the soup was expected to look like. Ordered 2PC leg and thigh. Portions are laughably small. Asked for my preference of tortillas just to not put them in the bag. Didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt and did not give a receipt. Drive through worker did not come back to window after I remained there for a few minutes.

On August 27, 2020, I ordered chicken Nachos no beans, and They didn’t have the nacho sauce. So my chip shouldn’t of been soggy if I don’t have beans or nacho sauce. Then with my ordered I add classic chicken burrito with no beans, but they put something extra on my burrito, A black string of hair in my burrito. If you can’t wear the Proper uniform like a hair net while you working in fast food you shouldn’t be in business.
