Ordered the chicken quesadilla combo and there was very little chicken. Maybe 3 pieces per cut. About 5-6 tortillas chips. Customer service is lacking at this location. Side portions are tiny, barely enough for the five chips. Crazy how prices keep going up but quality goes down.

Im normally cool about this, but this place constantly forgets to give me chips and other sides. I order alot and will forgive one or twice, but this happens constantly. I dot. Have enough time for my lunch so I often just grab my food and go. I eat here constantly and it happens way too often.

When order an item from cashier and got resistance when I requested to have my chips that comes with the meal to be warmed, it is 8:30 at night and I come here during my start of night shift , to to pick up a meal before I start work. But each time I order a meal especially the quesadillas and chips and drink. My meal is warm except for the chips or ice cold ! I requested to have my kids at least microwave to a point of being warm and the cashier refused to do so. In the cashier says she is not allowed to warm up the chips in the microwave and Nora the chips are fresh to be warm to be served ! Therefore the meal don’t seem as fresh or as pleasant to go eat or consume ! I simply just walked out when she told me she couldn’t do nothing with the chips to warm them up so I did not purchase anything and I just walked out ! If I couldn’t get what I want to eat I’ll go somewhere else to eat ! Preferably somebody that has more freshable items to eat that are needed to be more comfortable to eat. Cold chips and salsa do not seem to be authentic as a Mexican dish to be served. Because of refusal of service requested for customers dish to be warm up is why for this report.

Every time I have gone to this particular location which is by my house the service has been horrible. On one occasion it was 30 minutes before closing and they told me they weren’t taking any more orders at the drive-thru that was the last time I went until a few days ago.

i had a pretty bad on the borderline of horrible experience the other day for lunch in the drive thru at this location. i was in the general area and wanted to grab a burrito so i decided to skip the front counter and go in the fast food drive thru window for quick service but it was slow even though i was the only car in line. they actually mixed up my order with the car behind me and almost handed me a tostada which was strange because my one burrito was completely different. the salsa dressing that i asked for was also underserved in the small container. i wasn’t given enough napkins either. the customer service is lacking and seems like another training would benefit them to at least say sorry about almost handing the wrong food out.

Update: Pretty sure I got giardia from a salad I got from them on Dec 23rd.
Update: They forgot an item so I went back through. The girl at the window was nice, the woman that ended up giving me my missed item said nothing to me, just handed it and shut the window. Then when I left, I realized they didn’t give me utensils either. Had to go home to eat which wasn’t the plan. I ordered my meal that included 2 sides, as two broccoli sides, and they didn’t even fill one of them all the way. Then got to my last piece of chicken to find feathers. I get that small feathers get missed sometimes but theses are big, made me lose my appetite.
Spent 20 minutes in the drive thru with no movement. When I got to the window, this was the second time the girl handed me my food without a word, leaving me to wonder if she had given me everything or not. It’s not that hard to say “And here’s your food,” or “Have a nice day,” even if it’s just to let the person know they can drive away.

-Finally a very sharp little bone that was almost swallowed,

On 4/6/22 at 1:17pm I had the worst drive thru experience. First of all I waited almost 25 min on the line. The attender: 155 Carla.R was super rude.. I understand that the store might not have some items available on the menu. But she could have simply said .. Welcome and I’m sorry but we only have chicken and sides available nothing else on the menu. She waited till I asked for 3 different meals and denied me. When I finally got to the window she said nothing she took my card. Passed me my bag and Turned around never giving me my drink. So I was waiting for her to return with it and 2 mins later she shows up.. no drink and I said excuse me can I have my drink? She asked me what I ordered and I said Fanta orange And she finally returns with it.. Seriously If you dont like your job get another. I wasted my all my lunch hour on the line and when I finally reached her she was the one slowing down the whole drive tru with her lack of customer service skills.
