Visited on a Saturday’s night to dine in, and everything went well. The place was a little busy but not too bad, and staff moved fairly quickly to have everyone ordered out. Our food was nearly organized in the containers and tasted hot and delicious! We asked for extra pico salsa, and the staff gave us exactly what we wanted. Overall, it was a pleasant dine in experience that we weren’t quite expecting but glad we had.

This was the very first time I was disappointed visiting/eating El Pollo Loco. I felt sorry for the one guy who was doing the job of 2.5 people during lunch time. My classic tostada was made as though that location was running low of products. From the amount of sour cream, cheese, chicken, etc. Even the tostada shell was not crunchy. I almost returned my food to get my money back but due to a crunch in time and I had gone out for a 40 minute run in the morning…I tolerated my lunch. Poor management is what I observed there. I will still visit El Pollo Loco but not this location.

They say, if you want good food, then go where the crowd is. And this place was packed at lunchtime. The food was prepared fresh. The staff was friendly and efficient. And in spite of the lunch rush, they kept the dining area, restrooms, and exterior rather tidy.

Tried the salad and though it tastes good and looks fresh I’m not satisfied. The place is not well maintained and the bathrooms are not working. I think as a general rule if you go to a place and the bathrooms are broke —- flee!
