Service was great! I haven’t been to El Pollo loco in a few months and I couldn’t tell which was the breast and which was the thigh they were both super small and they show me that they were all about the same size chickens on the grill. But, they gave me an drumstick to compensate which was excellent customer service. Notice the size of the breast next to the plastic fork in the photo.

Pickup order was on time and the service team was very friendly. Got home and the food looked fresh and was accurate and tasty. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is the parking lot is a bit confusing and main door is on the Main Street side. Otherwise though good food and reasonable pricing when looking for a quick cheap lunch.

Really bad service got there at 9:20 it supposed to close at 10:00pm they didn’t even answer to us Trough the drive thru we have to go to the entrance to see if they could take our order and no body answered the employees clearly saw that we were in the door but didn’t even acknowledge us and they already had the door closed

This El Pollo Loco is one of the slowest locations, I have ever been to. Placed an order ahead, showed up on time, and still waited 15 minutes for a burrito, a taco, and 2 pollo bowls. Pollo bowls even sat on the counter getting cold the entire time I waited. This should never happen. People who came in after me, and ordered at the counter, received their food before I did. Very small amounts of overcooked chicken in every item I paid for. Cold churro. Terribly unorganized and I will not return to this location. Total waste of time and money.

Understaffed and the dining room is a mess!!

Service was good the cashier was nice and welcoming which is always important. Although no one else gave me a greeting as I stood at the counter.
Food and service are good from what I can remember but tonight at 850p, maybe 40 minutes before close, they have the dining room looking like they’re closed. Mats hanging on railing, ALL chairs on tables…..come on….5 or 10 minutes til, sure, but not 40. I ordered to go and had to pull a chair off a table to sit. :/

2 and a half stars. Idk man the quality fell off hard. It’s so bland now. Little to no seasoning. I’ve continuously tried to give it another try but it doesn’t blow me away like back in the day. Just the harsh reality of Pollo loco now. But I suppose I’ll still keep coming bc I gotta eat.

Yesterday I came for 3 combos and time was 11:58 and chiken was limited … i Saw the grill and was no chiken on the grill at lunch time!!!!
Today I came again for 5 combos and 3 other person were making complain they were tried to teach them how to work has a team!! IT WAS CRAZY POOR CUSTUMER SERVICE NO ONE CARES ….
