Did the chicken get smaller and prices higher? Yes! The chicken pieces were like the size of a small hen. Prices, of course, have gone up. The restaurant is very clean, but extremely cold. When I asked if they could take the air conditioner down or turn off. They said not because it would break. Overall, it is a fast food place with ok food, but not nearly the quality it used to be.

Gave us very little chicken in our pollo bowl. I have been to several other chains and they give more chicken. The cashier ask us to take the food to go at 945 when we were ordering be because they close at 10.

Very nice manager on duty Ty for the salad dressing. Didn’t expect good customer service but was happy to get it. Very kind. Ordered the chicken and shrimp tostada also pleasantly surprised at the quality of the shrimp so I had to leave a review. I don’t get his name but he was working the counter yesterday when I came in for lunch. I’ll come in more regularly to patronize this establishment because I believe in supporting businesses/franchises that still value customer service and courtesy with patrons. My first time having it. Chicken was dried out or overcooked. Sides of Corn made with small pieces of red pepper, pinto beans and Mac and cheese. The sides were good.

I miss the salsa stand bar. They handled only a few salsas.
No spoons, No forks for my salad, no napkins.
Defently next time I may get full chicken from Ralph’s across the street or costco.

went in to cash in on my free birthday meal through the app. only had to pay for the drink. the app works great and always has deals. people at this location are friendly and were will to help customers. got the lunch rush and food came out quick and hot. great place to have lunch

Terrible customer service, employees are rude and don’t care. I asked for extra salsa and was charged $1.20, I normally get it at no cost. I asked why and they said they “always” charge for it (not true). I paid for it because I really wanted it. I speak Spanish so I ordered in Spanish- but while I was waiting for it, another man came behind me and asked for extra salsa in English and he got it for free!!
the man that asked for salsa was white and he got better service than me. The cashier was Hispanic and spoke both English and Spanish but I guess she treated the man better because he was clearly American… ridiculous- I should get good service regardless of what language I speak!

How do they grill so much chicken without burning it? The cooks are amazing and customer service is even better they even give you samples of chicken! Atmosphere needs to be modernized on all el pollo loco locations. Tables look like a 1970 design. See Tesla restaurant for comparison

I had a quick bite with my family at this location today july 22 around 6:00 PM. The lady named Fabiola at the counter was very friendly and efficient. Makes us feel welcome. We made a mistake on our order and she fix it for us kindly. Truly made a difference in our experience. I’m not a pollo loco regular but at this location and with that type of service I can see myself coming back again. The lady did a great job on making our food was great and even fresh . Bravooo
