the wait on the front counter was extremely long which i realized way too late and should’ve just gone through the drive thru. although, the quality and portion size of the $5 burrito meal made up for it. it seemed as though the beans, rice and chicken were made fresh specifically for the burrito. i’d return to this location but probably stick to the drive thru next time.

Omg, I bought and paid for original pollo bowl, flour tortilhas, chip and cherry. I got the bag and I didn’t checked, because I brought to home. And they forgot the CHIPS AND THE TORTILHAS AND THE COKE WAS ZERO. I ASKED FOR REGULAR. How they forgot those in one order? I paid for everything. I got it 15minutes ago. Arrive for lunch today pleasantly surprised the new management has seriously upgraded the establishment. It was very clean well appointed, and the manager on duty could not have been more accommodating. I’m a big fan of El Pollo Loco and have frequented a number of locations. July 22, 2022 – Unfortunately, their salad tostada is not as they advertised (as picture), the amount of salad was half, usually I get enough but this time, here it was not enough and not worth it. If I go back there, I will take a picture from their tostada and upload it to see the differences.
