My first time going there, the customer service was very good. They were very respectful very clean no flies. The customers were very respectful. The bathrooms are clean. All the coworkers have smiles on their face, and the lady that helped me was Jamie. She was really sweet. she made my day.

We have an El Pollo closer to our home but we travel the extra few miles to this location because the food and service is consistently good. I would recommend the drive thru option though because it’s a bit difficult to get counter service.

Ordered the tosada chicken and shrimp and I got the smallest amount of chicken. Pollo loco is way to expensive to be serving food like this. I will let everyone I know not to eat at this location.

Worst El pollo loco I’ve ever been. The drive through girl on 10/4/22 at 5pm was rude as hell. Then picked up the Chile with her gross hand and threw them in the bag unwrapped. Then as I’m driving down the road I open my burrito and it’s basically a big pile of mush. I basically tossed the whole meal,called it a loss then went and got another order from an El Pollo loco down the street. Which had way better service and a burrito that I could actually eat!
If People don’t know how to be nice and friendly they shouldn’t be working in customer service! Service in America has gone downhill!

We ordered the double tostada salad which WAS NOT THERE IN THE ORDER. WE ALSO ORDERED THE DOUBLE CHICKEN FOR 5 salads and all the chicken was skimpy. Hardly any chicken. They were not even busy. EVERYTHING WE ASKED FOR SPECIALLY AND PAID FOR WAS MISSING.
WE TRIED CALLING THE NUMBER ON THE RECEIPT 11 times. NO ANSWER.

The drive thru line is always so long, that’s why I place my order online now. The service and taste of the food has been pretty consistent, every time I come. This will continue to be one of my “go-to” spots.

I visited this location yesterday on Central in the plaza. The food was good but I want to particularly commend, I think his name is Ashton. He was so helpful and courteous taking my order. I think he said he is a new employee also. Kudos to Ashton!!
