Situated in a nice area. Close to the I-10 freeway. Decent size parking lot. The shop is clean & tidy. Restrooms are also kept clean. The customer service is okay but can be improved. An average shop/ restaurant of the El pollo loco chain. They were better in service & in food taste. But I think their manager & cook both have changed. The food service portion got less. The tostada, salads & chicken doesn’t taste that good any more. So, quantity & quality both have declined. This was my favourite El Pollo Loco. But, no more..

I’ve been ordering a classic chicken tostada salad for a long time at this chain however, lately it comes with zero cheese, no pico, no sour cream.. looks nothing like the picture or description on the menu. Just the chicken on a top of bed of lettuce with some beans and rice hiding at the bottom. Ordered red and green salsa, got one each of the thin containers. Make sure you specify how many you want.

So disappointed I was so hyped to try the Crunchy taco considering it’s only for October. I chose hard shell taco over soft any day of the week. To get this taco you have to order online or through the app. I place an order that took about 20 minutes. I live about 5 minutes away pick it up got home and it was so soggy like it had been sitting for a while. It was breaking apart as soon I took off the foil. I’m super disappointed! do better El Pollo Loco!

The location is in a very busy intersection. Lots of panhandlers around area. The last time I was there, a drunk was passed out and lying in one of the chairs and the staff did nothing to evict him. I really lost my appetite. I will do drive thru next time.
