Food and service was good but i wish the staff would have stepped in and done something about the homeless guy who would not stop begging us for food while we tried to eat. The whole meal the man was waving his arms in the air and staring us down after we said no 3 times. The restaurant was empty and this guy would not stop.

This El Pollo Loco location is a joke. Since they’re a franchise, you’d think they’d at least follow the real recipes but nope. The cilantro dressing they sell is literally watered down garlic water. If I’m paying for something, the very least they can do is fill the container and not hand me a cup of flavored water.

This place is terrible, I made a simple order consisting of two burritos (1 avocado chicken) (1 chipotle avocado chicken). Both burritos were falling apart in the bag and neither had labels, which in the end did not matter because both burritos were missing avocado and chipotle. I ended up receiving a tortilla with beans cheese and chicken half wrapped and thrown into a bag.

Very rude and unprofessional. Mostly Hispanic workers. Stood there waiting for 15 minutes before being recognized. She asked me to use the machine to order. I then told her I’m not able to. I’m gonna need help. So she helped another Hispanic guy. Then walked away. And as customers came in she helped them. I said I thought I was next. Her response, well what do you want with broken English. I said I been here 30 minutes! I told you. I just walked out. I’m a Black 50 year old man. I believe that was the problem. I will be investigating. Lawsuit. Discrimination.

We order 16 and 8 piece chicken when we opened box this is what we got all burned. And this is not the first time, we get food from this location once a week some times its good sometimes they will be missing tortilla and sometimes burned.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a Double Chicken Avocado Salad before work and when I was finally able to eat, I realized that my salad was very small, and did not even have any avocado in it which is one of the main ingredients. When I attempted to call and get the mistake corrected, no one answered. I can not leave work to get this issue fixed, so I am irritated as hell. How do you miss one of the main ingredients of the salad. I will not be eating here again unless I want to get ripped off. I did not even eat the salad.

Went through the drive through and ordered the Double Chicken Tostada with a large Root Beer with light ice and an exter container of the Cilantro sauce which costs extra. I pay, get my food, and drive away. Get back to work to find I was given the regular Chicken Tostada, the Root beer was half ice, and they gave me a tiny container of the green salsa that wasn’t even half full instead of the Cilantro sauce. I looked at the recipe and they charged me for everything I ordered, but it was more expensive than what the drive through sign said it was, and they didn’t give me what I ordered.
