What kind of chicken is this. Looks like leftovers smh. Cooks need to learn how cut/ served better chicken. You paying $12 for basically a bowl of rice and beans. LENWOOD LOCATION. NOT GOING BACK NO MORE. EXPERIENCE THIS TWICE.

The food is always served hot and made fresh as the day progresses. Nothing made in advance and sitting around.
This time I had the Tortilla Soup and Queso Blanca with chips. So fresh and good. All for under $10.00 including taxes.

The chicken was very dry. Rice not very well flavored. Mashed potatoes ok but obviously instant. Restaurant was clean and food came out quick. For the price we paid I wish the chicken would at least have been juicy. Probably won’t return.

This location is amazing. Wanted to say thank you to Christop for having a great customer service. Me and my husband have been coming to this location for almost a year and every time we order our same thing (2 chicken beast and our tostada bowls lol) and Christop is on the shift he makes sure everything is in the bag, awesome personality and will tell you exactly what’s in each bag☺️ thank you so much!! Hes definitely the best.

Great food and service all across the board I love it. My only thing is one the big discount gap between law enforcement and military? The food is fresh and I feel full every time I eat at El Pollo Loco. Madison and Abigail are great at taking my order, and are great workers handling large rush of people that comes through barstow El Pollo Loco. Thank you for the great food and service!

EXTREMELY stingy on salsa every time I come here. Getting tired of having to ask for more than just one salsa of guac/house each — especially when I buy multiple items that should come with at least 2 salsas each. I’ll probably just stop coming here and go elsewhere here (lots of other business to go to and spend my $).

I had given this place 5 stars at one time and now I have changed it to 2 stars. I spent $40 on a family meal and received pieces that appeared to be chicken. The thighs were so flat that there was nothing but skin and bones. The chicken legs were just pitiful and looked like leg’s from a Cornish hen. I’m sorry but y’all dropped the ball on this one and I’m very disappointed that this establishment which is one of my favorites would serve their customers malnutrition chicken.

I love the food at El Pollo Loco! The service at this restaurant is very fast and perfect. The street tacos are amazing. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. Don’t pay to much attention to the picture of my plate, I had already ate a taco before I took the picture lol.

Conveniently located off the I-15 interstate. Excellently flame grilled, no grease, tasty marinade of citrusy flavor. Love their sides- corn, beans, salad especially. The food is fresh and hot. Nice clean bathrooms in the store. They have tables and booths seating. The booths are comfortable and have been freshly reupholstered. Wheelchair accessible. Give ‘em a try!
