Absolutely delicious meal and stellar costumer service! They were more than willing to accommodate for us when one of our chicken breasts unfortunately came out dry. The staff is very cordial and friendly, and seem to have a strong bond with each other as well! Always nice to see employees enjoying their coworkers’ company ☺️

The food is good, the staff is friendly, but every time I order food there is an item missing. This time I was missing two chips and salsa. If you order from the drive thru, check your order before you leave. That is the only issue I have ever had with this place.

I’m giving all or most restaurants a 4 star rating because so far it seems that while prices have increased food quality and service have gone down to some degree and unfortunately I have found that EPL seems to be one of the biggest culprits. Do better and we’ll get back to getting 5’s!!

All my service was so unwelcome, afternoon crew is disgusting ,unsanitary, never coming back , all cashier attitude is disgusting too, they are rude , even the manager the fact she is the example, and they never get orders right , no napkins or utensils, when i pay for sub, they never change it , drive thru never gives receipts due to me having to ask for it . Terrible. I ordered a 3 piece meal and took it home to eat. They had given me a wing and a drum stick. It was just short of $12.00. Absolute rip-off all because of someone of not doing there job.
