Lived in the area for three years and used to visit your restaurant two times per week and it used to be decent as far as service, quality and pricing. In the past six months I’ve only visited once per month because of the same young lady who doesn’t act like she wants to be there! No receipt, napkins, utensils etc! Several families that I know won’t visit for the same reason! Tonight I ordered a double chicken tostada salad, it was dry and half the usual portion! So many choices in the area and I made the mistake of giving you another chance. SO SAD!!!

A regular place for us, however a coat is usually not warm enough in the restaurant. The air conditioning is blasting so high its extremely uncomfortable to eat inside. All the regulars are disappointed in this. Utility bill must be through the roof. Food is good and quick. Miss the salsa bar

El Pollo Loco, isn’t a place I typically go to! With so many other places to choose from these days! But I was having lunch with a friend and they wanted to go the tortilla soup because it’s low carb! I ordered a salad and it was kinda tasteless! It was kinda sad, really! Maybe a salad wasn’t a real representation of the food, so I would recommend you get something else like the chicken burrito or chicken or something. As far as atmosphere, there isn’t anything that’s particularly special about the dinning area, but I was glad it wasn’t to cold inside! Staff was friendly and very efficient!

I usually don’t eat at El Pollo Loco, but tonight I decided to try the new burrito grillers they were featuring. The portions were laughable. I put a salsa cup next to the burrito for scale. It was a sad looking meal.
