I can’t really justify returning here. I don’t know but I just felt that the lady was mean but at least a male worker seemed nice and had a bit of a conversation. Food wise, the chicken doesn’t really have a lot of flavor and I guess the rice can somehow help but yeah I tried it out on a whim and felt that the price and taste isn’t for me. I accidentally ordered an add on thinking I was suppose to add it for the chicken to be included ♂️

I have come to this location multiple times and my food is just not it. The portions are miserable, always missing food, utensils or napkins. They have also charged me for the wrong items. I know it’s my fault for not double checking but I usually go on my 30min break, it’s difficult to check stuff. Ask for pico and I think I got tomato salsa instead, my guac was not fresh at all.

I see why I stop coming here I ordered a double chicken tostado. What I received was a bowl full of old lettuce a scoop of chicken I think,slice of Avocado, drop of sour cream. Looks like about a tablespoon of rice and not that of beans. I feel like I was given the last of the leftovers unacceptable. They gave me a lot of sauce I didn’t ask for probably to make up for lack food in my Tostado.

First el pollo loco that I have issues with. They took 5 mins to take my order. They had enough staff just were busy doing other things. Their tv screens were out of order so you couldn’t even see their menu. And then to make it worse they give you small portions and water down the salsa.

Staff was horrible and rude, I found a bug in my food and lady who I think is the manager tried telling me it wasn’t a bug and called me crazy. They took forever to give me my food and on top of that a bug in my food?!?!? Stay away from this horrible place and spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

The service was awful when I went thru the drive thru, not only was the person rude, she dropped my card in the drive thru and didn’t even apologize. Then my bag of food had no napkins and my chips were all broken crumbs. And my chicken burrito had small tiny bones that I had to remove from my mouth!! I call the restaurant to complain and It goes straight to voicemail.

This place sucks big time, bought spicy chipotle chicken avocado burrito and there was no meat or avocado muchless it being spicy. I took it back and all I got is a very very tiny piece of avocado, barely any chiken and yet again it was not spicy. I will not buy nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone
