A good amount of parking and plenty of dining tables inside.
Thanks to covid, there is no salsa bar anymore.
But they did include two different types with our order.
The cashier was helpful and took our order promptly.
The corn side is delicious! Chicken skin was yummy and crispy. The chicken was a little overcooked but still tasted good.
The burria quesadilla was SO tasty!!! The mix of avocado, cheese, and slow cooked meat was too yummy!!! I would definitely order that again.
The flour tortilla’s used to be bigger and mine ripped easily. Aside from that, everything else is still good.
Their bathroom here was decent and had soap so that was helpful for cleaning after eating with my hands.

Chicken was fresh, but a little bit overcooked. Sides of mased taters was fine and salad was decent. Chicken pieces were of decent size and were not dried out like we’ve had from other stores. Service was a bit slow and they did not put utensils or napkins in the bag, nor did they ask. Otherwise it was good and satisfying meal.

Very disappointing on the food. Pay $10 for a chicken toastal salad. And this is what I get in the picture like . Never small beans , and rice. Of course, very small portion of chicken. I have always ordered this. And Never looks like this disappointed. Never coming here again

The manager was really nice and checked on the customers, he even came to my table to pick up my tray when i was done eating. I asked him for an application for my family member and he got it right away. Great job, it was a pleasant experience!!! Food was good too

Don’t come here. Literally four little chunks of chicken in my classic burrito, soda machine spits out syrup, churros cold unseasoned and all the manager could say is sorry when I was walking out the door. Let’s not to mention how dirty the managers door is to office. Sorry yet no offer for partial refund. Full would have been good. Corporate should be aware of this hot mess location. Your welcome.

My advice for everyone who’s ordering take out from this place is to count the pieces and make sure you get the side that you ordered. My order of 14 pieces of leg and thigh Grand value family meal place today with cashier Jonathan , order #20 at 5:30 p.m. on March 11th 2018 was found to have two major issues. Instead of 14 pieces of chicken we received 12 and we got black beans instead of the pinto beans. Just be aware!

Hey Pollo Loco, y’all seriously need to clean your place up in here. It’s really gross, just a word of advice. A little tidying up will go a long way to improve your establishment. Clean under the booths and sweep too, because it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. And wipe down your walls, they look like someone threw a soda and you never wiped it down.

I have been eating at different locations of El Pollo Loco but I think this location has consistently been the best of all! Chicken have always been delicious. Moist & crispy & flavorful. I cannot ask for more in a fast food chain! The staff & management have always been nice & friendly. Restrooms are kept clean with good amenities. I have been coming here at least once a week.
