It’s rare to get exceptional service at a fast-food drive-thru, but this location exceeded expectations! My food came out quickly, and the lady at the window was sweet, kind, and had a smile the whole time. I asked for extra dressing and she handled it without any issues. Definitely visiting this location again!

Worst customer service! So we order a family meal, with extra sides extra salad extra macaroni and we receive less no macaroni and “cold” food the only warm food was the mashed potatoes and rice. We called multiple times and was hung up on. We also tried to call customer service but they were closed. We do have the general managers name now, but that will wait until the morning time until further investigation. It’s not right to serve cold food when it’s supposed to be “hot”!

I was very disappointed today 8/30/25. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken Burrito and is normally delicious, but not today. I have a feeling they used to oldest and most burnt chicken they had. The burrito tasted nasty! i had to throw it away. I’ve been ordering it for years, and this is only time it was so bad that I had to toss it. Do better!

I had the best avocado bowl ever on Sunday it was obvious the person who made it made it with love ✨✨✨✨ I wish the people during the week had the same motivation and love in their hearts as the person who works on Sunday….. unfortunately on this Thursday afternoon … I got an Avocado bowl….. with no avocados in it …. And this is all the corn I got…. Whoever made this obviously counted the corn one by one by the looks of how it was made….

One of the best el Pollo loco locations I’ve been to eat so far! Staff was super friendly and polite. The food was delicious I ordered a 2 piece with mac and cheese with mash n gravy, dunk your chicken with the gravy for the full experience lol restroom are pretty clean aswell. Well as you can see, this is suppose to be a “churro” pretty flat if you ask me. Looks like someone was mad and said “squish squish squish” . This location is also REALLY slow. The guy at the register did trick me pretty good though. I told him oh can I get my cup for my soda and he said oh yeah what size and I said uhhh whatever size you want to give me and he responded with… it’s up to you….so I said pshhh give me a large! And after I filled up my soda I said hey can I get a lid and he said sorry we actually don’t have anymore lids for the large cups. Woooow got me good kid. Got me good.
