I made the mistake of not checking my order while it was late at night going thru the drive thru. And when I got home, I got 1 box of chicken (8 pieces) instead of 2 boxes (16 pieces) which I ordered. I thought about going back or call to complain, but who would believe me. So I write this negative review to inform everyone to check their order to make sure every item you ordered are provided. This type of mistake is totally unacceptable to a paying customer! The food is excellent, but you get that horrible feeling …..

So I ordered the chipotle burrito, I was pretty disappointed that it wasn’t the creamy chipotle sauce but instead this really cheap sauce that was nasty. And to top it off whoever made my burrito put an extreme amount of it! Honestly I couldn’t eat the damn thing. I ended up throwing it away. I didn’t wanna complain since it seemed like they sabotaged my burrito to begin with. I’ll never come back to this location again.

Great drive-through service, they provide excellent and fast service! Faster than a NASCAR pitstop. I’ll drive miles to this pollo loco because of the amazing service. I have gone to other locations and the wait time at the drive through is the worse. Thanks!!!

I asked for creamy cilantro with my salad and they said it already comes with one. Then they forget to put it in the bag and give me 4 avocado sauces. Instead smh. Like come on. this is the second time.
