They have long lines to serve you. There is a wait to serve you. The parking was okay. The floors are dirty. It was busy here to serve you. The chicken does not have a flavor to it. The chicken tastes plain. It’s a good neighborhood. That price is a little high here.

When asked for a cup for some water! A female employee gave me a cup, when pushing it into my hand, like I was a bother to her, no smile, from her after I said thank you, no reply, another customer was there, ask for condiments gave to her with no problem smiling talking, was it the color of my skin….don’t deal with the public if you can’t treat all the same…..

Honestly, I will never come back to this location ever again I was appalled by the disgusting and horrible behavior of the employees. I asked for a manager, and the lady would not give me a manager. I checked my receipt and her name was Beatrice. I asked for unsweetened iced tea multiple times while going to the drive-through And I got to the window and she still did not give me the unsweetened iced tea. I asked her if she could ring me up for an iced tea I would not mind paying for it and she would not. I asked her if she could bring it up on another register again, she would not allow me to order an unsweetened iced tea. She was very rude and I was honestly very upset on the behavior of the employee as I’ve never had a problem with this location before I have been working in the fast food industry for over six years when the store gets an order wrong it is the stores top priority to offer excellent customer service and better the situation by fixing the order she told me if I wanted her to fix the order I had to go back through the drive-through again, even though I was at the order window. She gave me my bag of chips in a small takeout bag. It was not even put in a bag used for a packaging and handling food. Beatrice even threw my change on the floor in the drive thru.

This is the cleanest and best location I’ve ever been to in the whole United States , service was excellent quality of food excellent location cleanliness excellent just anoverall perfect experience . Don’t go to Carl’s Jr. and waste your money just don’t do it come here.

Must be going through some cut backs, these portions are just unacceptable. Chicken was cooked to perfection, but sides leave alot to be desired. Campus location I go where they also don’t charge for creamy cilantro.
