Definitely the best and most consistent location in the Burbank/Glendale area. The cashier, who notably has an award for excellent customer service, was incredibly helpful and kind. I will be back. I just wish the salsa bar was open again.

this El Pollo Loco was good. Ordered some BRC burritos. They were nice and warm when I got them and stayed that way for a while, they wrapped them in foil, which is good. They have the hottest hot salsa compared to any other fast food place. I’ve been to.

One of the best chicken, very juicy and perfect to the taste. I have tried other locations, and it’s dry most of the time. The only thing now is very little interaction with employees because of the self-service ordering. I need human interaction.

I scheduled an order online for 12:15pm pickup. I got there and stood among 7 other people waiting for their order. My meal was not ready until 12:28pm. Not good if you only have a 30 minute lunch break.
