I used to come here since 2012 and it has gotten SO BAD. I have noticed under new managers the chicken comes out like this. For the past few months the chicken has been dry, burnt, and tastes like rubber. When i called to complain that I received no receipt and why i paid so much for this quality the manager ‘MAYTE’ had the audacity to laugh and giggle to her co workers. NEVER AGAIN

This place is good the interior is appealing. The staff need more training in accuracy and efficiency. I have had a few orders here get mixed up or missed. However the staff is very nice and accommodating.

Staffs very friendly and orders came out on time. Dining area is clean and tables bussed. I live on Copper hill and we have our local EPL nearby but this restaurant serves better and food is always fresh it’s worth the drive to Castaic!

Most excellent. My chicken burrito was so fresh & yummy. Very accommodating. The chicken burrito combo came with chips. They let me swap it out for the loco salad. Loco salad is so good. The cilantro dressing is everything. El Pollo is one of my fav’s.
