The food was great, as expected from any of the menu items on E.P.L. locations. Good quality control and consistency of the chicken flavor and freshness. Service was fantastic, the staff here really seem to care about customer needs. The portion size was excellent, I didn’t feel like they were trying to be stingy or shortchange on the portions I paid for for things like sidedishes. Would definitely come back.

Brenda Brenda BRENDA!!! You are an angel! After my long shift I was dying to eat something tasty and filling. I’ve been to this location multiple times but I have never had such an impeccable experience like I had this day with Brenda. She was so nice and had so much knowledge about the menu. She sold me on the Birria quesadilla and tacos! After seeing it go viral on social media I had to get both! She told me about the pollo bowl and I was sold lol Ordered a bit more then I could eat but so happy with the service and the quality of the food! Birra was amazing 10/10, Tacos were a 9/10, Bowl was 8/10. Soda was a bit flat but none the less super happy. Thank you for being amazing and being so kind. We definitely need that energy and positivity in this world. Definitely will be back!!!

I’ve been into El Pollo loco since they first began. I knew it was good healthy chicken but hearing so many positive reviews and health organizations say how good it is sold me on it. Sometimes I buy the chicken to make other meals at home. Try making tortilla soup with that chicken. Have mercy Jesus!
