The cashier at this store is very rude. She always had an unfriendly attitude, so not the first time. I have been coming to this store in the past few years. I am not familiar with the name of the salsa, so mistakenly asked for the wrong item. When I asked her to change it, she showed displeased and complained that I was the one asking for that wrong item. This is not acceptable customer service!!! I will never come here again.

Great flavor like all locations. This one has an horchata machine!! Not all locations have it. Restrooms available. No drive thru here. Plenty of seating spots and parking is in a plaza style. Right off of the 110 fwy and up Fair Oaks. Clean for the most part. They play salsa music too

So, my experience here was average based on customer service by the cashier that assisted me the day i came in. I was unaware that you get 1 salsa cup for each piece of chicken you order as I’ve gone to other El Pollo Loco Restaurants to order food and only get like 6 salsa cups with a 16pc meal which for me is more than enough. Unfortunately the cashier refused to give me less salsa which was a total waste as most of it went to the garbage when i got home and only kept what i really needed. I was also unaware that they had a Red Type hot sauce here and had a difficulty exchanging 2 of the Guacamole containers for 2 of the red hot sauce. Ive never experienced that before at any pollo loco restaurant before. That red hot sauce is definitely not the Chipotle sauce they used to give. So it wasn’t as tasty and it was more spicy than anything else.

Convenient location in Pasadena. Small but has a lot of large windows which makes the place more open and not feel so enclosed. There’s a parking lot so there’s convenient parking which can be a challenge at some Restaurants out here. Recommend this location over Colorado Blvd location.
