I ordered a chicken avocado soft taco. It was a generous size and absolutely delicious. Also got the chicken tortilla soup which was piping hot. And two delicious Churros. Second time I’ve ordered this within the last month. Great prices too. I’ll be back

Had a 3 piece meal leg and thigh and the chicken was great! Cole slaw was ok and could have been better… broccoli is just broccoli… cooked well… tortillas were not cooked.. raw but warm.. avocado salsa is not that great… very watered down and no flavor.. salsa roja is good. This pollo loco is better than the other Whittier one. Good job!

**CHECK YOUR FOOD THOROUGHLY BEFORE EATING HERE !!!** Last December I ordered the 3 tacos al carbon to-go and after eating 1 taco, I noticed my second taco had pieces of foil in it !!!!!!!!!! The store was already closed so I couldn’t (and didn’t really want to) drive back there for a refund. I contacted customer support and almost a week later I received an email from the store manager to give him a call. By this time I had already forgotten about the issue and this was the last thing on my mind. I responded to the email requesting a refund, but I never heard back. Normally I don’t write reviews but I felt like I needed to, because if this happened to me this could happen to anyone and the nonchalant attitude I got in response to my complaint was rude and down right unacceptable. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

I cannot think of a more flavorful fast food chicken restaurant. Love all their menu items and the salsas are really tasty. The best part of this location is the extremely friendly drive thru lady that works during lunch time. She will brighten your day just by her attitude.

Ordered the Pollo bowl. Found hair in it. Not just a strand, but a few strands. Disgusting! Obvious lack of quality control. Tried calling, but no one answered. Will try tomorrow.

My chicken is terrible looking. You can tell it’s old and over cooked. Used drive thru for lunch and the team member just handed me the bag. Didn’t say have a good day or anything to confirm my order was all there…receipt says David. Service is just poor. 2star is just me appreciating my drink.

We like this location better than any other one near here but could you PLEASE make your guacamole better? The last two times I ordered it, it was brown and had a weird smell. In the past when we’d order it, it was mushy like the kind you buy in the store. Not the good kind either. We love the chips and guacamole but now we’re going to have to pass. I’m tired of wasting money on something that may or may not be good.
