I continuously ask them for no tomatoes when I visit and even pay to get them substituted for a different topping when they take them off and when I go to pick up and I open the container are always tomatoes still and I am DEATHLY allergic to tomatoes. I went back to ask for a replacement for my tacos recently without tomatoes they REFUSED. Good job Pollo Loco trying to get your customers killed !! I have had a couple of friends experience this as well there doing a WONDERFUL JOB OF TRYING TO KILL PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES! AND TAKE YOUR MONEY!!

So I went to get lunch on a Monday late morning around 11 am and it was before the lunch crowd but walked in and ordered. The staff took my order of a double shrimp salad and chicken salad. The shrimp salad could’ve had more shrimp especially since it was supposed to be “double”. The chicken salad had good chunks of chicken and tasted pretty good, especially after adding all the sauces. The tortilla fried bowl was thinner than I remember but I enjoyed it. Both salads came with avocado that wasn’t a separate charge. The cost is kinda expensive but we had coupons so it was great to have a discount. The wait time was quick and I was in my way before more people arrived.

I love my grilled chicken crispy and juicy! Definitely fast service through drive through. They were open late and perfect when I work over time and get home with an empty stomach. That loco salad hits the spot and very generous portion. Love making me some tacos. Just prices going up everywhere sheesh California is getting expensive.

Very unprofessional experience today. I checked the hours online to confirm they were open, but after waiting at the drive-thru for a significant amount of time, no one answered. I could clearly see employees inside, but no effort was made to communicate that they were closed or behind schedule. Please update your Google hours to reflect your actual availability so customers don’t waste their time.

I’ve been coming to this location for over two years now and I have absolutely no complaints. The food and service is always excellent. Particularly, I would like to say thank you to Faith for being so kind through the drive-through today, I know sometimes things such as good customer service are viewed as minuscule but her kindness and demeanor went a long way for just the five minutes of our interaction. Not sure what happened to this place, but food preparation is getting worse day after day. I ordered dbl chicken tostada salad and this is what they given me. It’s same amount of chicken as regular one. I saw a preparer adding one and a half scoop of chicken on all orders, single or dbl. don’t waste your money for dbl chicken and this salad is only half filled. The worst

While walking into the dining area it was clean they did have an ant problem on the salsa. The chicken was balaw the beans taste it like it came from a can the rice had no flavor taste like instant. It looks good and that is it. You can’t get full on looks . Will not be coming back here again.
