I ordered from the app. I had ordered mac n cheese and a fit chicken bowl. When i get there the girl says we dont have mac and cheese ugh I was craving it! So i replaced it with mash potatoes. I was Disappointed because the mash and 50 cent cilantro dressing was water down :/ And the chicken bowl was loaded with full rice and little bit of chicken. Pretty much was a rice bowl. Also atmosphere seem strange. Staff had no good customer service all long faces. This place used to have a better service staff/ food very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Horrible service! The food is not good anymore the flavor is changing a lot. The chicken tostadas are so flavorless so bland the lettuce is not fresh at all. The food is very expensive is not worth the money or the long wait!

I am very upset with this pollo loco branch and I’ve been going here instead of the one closes to where I live because they always over cooked it there. My issue is that I ordered the 12 piece family meal on line on my way home from work
When I got home I discovered I didn’t get my Mac and cheese and they gave me corn tortillas (which i don’t like) instead of flour and not only that when I opened the container of beans it was barely half full. I tried to call but all I got was a recording telling me that the message box was full and I couldn’t even leave a message. I was very disappointed this time

Horrible! If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want to spend 4 days on the toilet! My mom and cousin both got severe food poisoning and associated fever thanks to this place! The sides were cold and the chicken tortilla soup smelled absolutely rancid!!! Avoid this place! It is a health hazard! The chicken is not fresh either, it is dry and tastes old.
