Food was good but something I’ve NEVER seen at an El Pollo Loco. They “ran out” of breast meat. Paid extra for the 3 breast meal and when the food was served, they gave the smallest wing and said they had no more breasts and it would take at least 40 minutes to make new ones. Based on what happened next I would have to assume it’s due to horrible leadership. As a manager, how do you see you’re running low on an item and not get the staff to cook more? After we were given the wing instead of what we ordered, we asked to speak to the manager and we’re told that we would have to wait since she was cooking. After about 5 minutes of waiting, I asked for her again and it turned out that she had gone on her lunch break when she finished the cooking when she knew there were customers asking for her. She instructed one of the cashiers to figure out the price difference and give it back as cash instead of dealing with the customers herself. After a conversation with the cashier, Adan, I found out the name of the “manager” (Conchis) obviously not her actual name but that’s what the cashier said. If you just want take out it might bebé fine to go to this location but I’d check that they gave the correct food before leaving. As for the “manager” she obviously doesn’t care to deal with customers so GOOD LUCK if you’re order is wrong.
To the owner; you may want to educate your leadership in actual customer service

Arrived there at 9:55. Sat at the drive-through and no one responded. Pulled up to the window and see they were cleaning and laughing. It says they close at 10:30 online and on their website. If anybody knows how irritating it is to leave your cold house in your pajamas to go pick up only to see they are closed then I’m sure you understand.

Best El Pollo I’ve ever been to. You’ll get incredible food at fast-food prices. This is my go to for comfort food. Love this spot! Everyone is always extremely nice and the food is fresh.

The booths are comfortable and there’s free Wifi. The staff is friendly and provide fast service. Those are the main reason I gave 3 stars overall. If it were just the food, this would be a 2-star review. While the 3 Tacos Al Carbon combo is a value at 7.99 with chips and salsa/guac, the tacos just taste like cilantro and onions. The chicken is flavorless. How do you screw up chicken on the grill when that’s your focus? Get plenty of hot sauce, you’ll need it! It’s pretty flavorful, smoky with a real kick. The salsa is flavorless, as well. I came here because they take EBT at this location.

Fast friendly and accurate service. I’ve enjoyed every experience I ever had at this particular El Pollo loco. The person at the register is always friendly. They listen to what I want and they deliver. When I asked for extra salsa they deliver. And I never hesitate to drop by this restaurant when I’m in the area. Keep up the good work. Thank you

Fabiola was extremely rude. It’s quite obvious she hates her job or certain people all together. I highly doubt she would’ve harassed one of her family members or friends over a coupon. The only reason we patronize this location is because it is my mother-in-law‘s preference. The service is consistently poor whether it be the interaction with the staff or the order being incorrect.
Your employee Fabiola decided to play coupon cop refusing to accept it of after observing my mother n law hand it to my husband. “One coupon per household she snarled.”
“My husband, then responded we aren’t in the same household. I can’t use the coupon?”
“No,” she replied and on top of that, the order was wrong yet again. Not finding that out until my mother in law got home.
I will gladly grill chicken for my mother-in-law before I patronize this business again.
