Ordered Polo bowl that was extremely spicy for me. And the kind manager helped by getting me a non spicy one. I think it may have been the Pico degayo that had jalapeño juice all over my Bowl. I eat at many Los Angeles locations and this was the spiciest bowl I ever had in 8 years…

I ordered the meal for two. The chicken , beans and rice are so good. The food is always hot and fresh. I highly recommend. I love the salad with the cilantro ranch dressing. The churros are good too my kids love them. I think I paid like $14 with this without drinks.

I was there picking up a doordash order and my experience was terrible. I told a girl that I was there for a pick up and she nodded and walked away. She never came back. A customer walked over and asked for his large cup. The cook tried giving him a regular cup because they were out… A lady came and said good morning to both of us but never asked if we had been helped. Not one employee acknowledged that we were even standing there. So I decided to be loud and be a voice for myself. The lady that said good morning told me to wait a minute after I had already been waiting longer than that. Just to find out the order had been sitting there on the other side of the glass. The atmosphere is cold and tense. Customer service…none existent.

Just tried the new Street Corn Double Pollo Fit Bowl and it was delicious! Had great and courteous service in the drive thru. The presentation of the food was well done and really looked a lot like the advertised pictures. The bowl was filling and 500 calories or less. Will definitely visit this location again and definitely recommend this Fit Bowl.

Drive thru was busy but the staff was kind & friendly. Ordered a family meal and the sides were not filled to the top, the mashed potatoes for example, was only filled half way (and it was a large) Overall the food was okay although the chicken was a little dry, like it had been sitting there all day or had been re-heated. Definitely not the freshly cooked chicken I’ve had from other establishments.

I been going here after I leave from a long day at work and I usually order the chicken burrito with sour cream it usually be good, but today the chicken burrito had a special sticker on it , I never seen this special sticker before , the special sticker means that they put bad chicken in it and the sour cream is chunky ewwww!!!!
