I haven’t been to Pollo Loco in awhile. The seasonal Chicken Corn salad was excellent. No cashiers at this new location, which I’m not a fan off myself but excellent service none the less.

The worst, dry chicken. Not only that, the chicken breast was so small just like the wing was, small and dry!!!!! Not worth the ten plus dollars I spent! And the rice was nasty, hard and overcooked…..never again. High prices for poor quality food.

This is the worst pollo loco I have been to. I ordered a family meal through the drive thru and my chicken was not fully cooked. I returned and spoke with Sandra the manager who was very rude and refused to refund me or give me a new meal. She closed the drive thru window in my face horrible customer service.
