Last month, I ordered 2 extra Crema De Cilantro sauce and paid for the extra fees for it. Went home, and the sauces are NOT in my bag. Was super upset. The second I went was about 2 weeks ago. I told the lady at the drive thru about what happened last time and she said next time to call in about it. That, I understood it. Ordered my family meal deal. Ordered a side of Mashed Potatoes and gravy. The way the lady handed me the bag was like she was literally thowing it at me…like if she is angry or something, then she shut the window right away. Went home..then it turned out the mashed potatoes are not in the bag. Instead it was Cole Slaw. ♂️I dont know if I want to order food from this location anymore. Because, im either LOSING money and NOT getting my order correctly. Plus, they show that thwy are angry or something. What did I do? I gave five stars for the cleanliness of the restaurant…also 5 stars for the food itself. It’s just the “human error” that needs to be corrected or worse-case-scenario, replacements of certain staff individuals. 1 star for that. My apologies.

The restaurant was clean. The service was okay. However, I heard them tell the customer in front of me that they didn’t have a military discount. Then they gave me small portions, including very thin 2- to 3-inch chicken pieces. To add injury to insult, I saw one of the workers come into the dining room to eat his lunch, which consisted of massive pieces of chicken and generous sides. I won’t be back.

At this location you place your own food order at one of two kiosks at their front counter. The touch screen was very easy to navigate and had pictures of each menu item. I liked that I was even able to select the number of sauces that I needed. The only form of payment accepted at the kiosk are credit/debit cards. My food order came out promptly and the chicken was hot off the grill.

DISGUSTING, DIRTY,GROSS, WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE BACK?
If the store isn’t cleaned…I’ll be reaching out to the health district.
If the lobby is disgusting I can only imagine what the fridge & prep stations look like.

Number of employees:5
Number of customers: 1 (me in the drive thru 1 male eating in the lobby)
*The young girl taking my order forgot to mute her microphone after the order and all I hear is laughing
* I pulled up and paid, she asked me to pull up to the front and wait ( I’ve never been asked to pull up but ok) I was the only customer
*Waited so long I ended up walked inside and 5 employees are in the back talking in a small circle…ok….so….why am I waiting so long…?
*While waiting for my 3 items I noticed how disgusting the store is…so 5 employees and NO ONE is watching the chicken or cleaning the lobby?
I get the need to pay low wages and charge high prices for food…but what is the culture at PL? no one takes pride in their job?
Everyone working the night shift tonight 3/11 at 7p is the definition of “Just here for a pay check”
They need to be trained and have expectations as employees from your organization.

Food was good, but they forgot one of the two creamy cilantro sauces, my autistic brother can’t eat pollo loco without it, he didn’t eat cause his food would have gotten soggy by the time I would have went to go get the sauce. Aside from that inconvenience the food was good

Well being a new restaurant I can honestly say, it was not up to my expectations. I got 3 salads and the new stuffed quesadilla… so the double chicken avocado salad had dried up old chicken on it, and the two tostada salads were small enough for children… then the price of the quesadilla was $8.49 not worth the price at all… the food was prepared so fast and they forgot to give me salad dressing, which I asked for extra at the window and they charge for it… I called and honestly they offered the dressing but I live 5 miles away, so I wasn’t going back… and I won’t go back ever!! Why are fast food places going to $#it!!????

Amazing chicken that tastes like chicken. This is not your usual fried chicken; all spiced and battered and greased into submission. This is chicken that still knows it’s chicken. Will be back.
